Jesus' divine nature makes him God. Being priest, prophet and king were his personal attributes.

GOD also swears oaths to Himself since there is no higher authority to which to swear them, (Hebrews 6:13). GOD can talk to Himself and even guide others in prayer to Himself without somehow becoming less than Himself.

Jesus Christ claims to be Jehovah incarnate, the creation and begotten son of God (who is Elohim). He is more than a prophet, and was originally less than God.
