my pupils are huge, i have deformed corneas and i've been told by the eye doctor that that is why but you basically can't see the color in my eyes anymore. like what? is it the caffeine

You went to the doctor for professional advice and now you're asking for general opinions from untrained people?
Anyhow, caffeine can enlarge the pupils to a limited degree, but not to the extent whereby no colour exists in the iris.
