All my apps keep crashing on my phone please please help?

I have samsung i can't open almost any app without it crashing. I googled it some say they have the same problem but they say to delete webview but webview doesn't give me that choice! It doesn't have uninstall or disable as a choice

I need google maps to get home but it keeps crashing! :(  I always use it to help me get home. There are no gas stations or stores nearby how do I get it to work? I pulled over but I don't want to stay here long

  Known issue. Update the  Chrome   browser and that should fix it.

The only way to fix that would be to reset the phone back to factory settings.

I had one, and the apps didn't work. I had to upgrade the OS.
