How to make sure my tv only has 1 channel, CNN?

When my friends and family visit I only want real information on my tv for them to see. No fake reality tv. Just raw truth. I don't want them to be able to change the channel.

Well, if you want "raw truth", 
you had first better find a more truthful news source than CNN.   
             
I don't have any suggestions of other channels for you  
because I really don't believe any of them are that good.
