Does being fired make a person a better employee, and do some employers look for people who learned their lessons?
I was fired from one of my past jobs because I took the blame for someone else who did complain to management about the line leader and supervisor making everyone work “too fast”. This person who complained then told the line leader I was the one who reported him to management which lead to him bullying and framing me for plastic contamination while the supervisor made me sign a warning without showing any evidence I did it. I was sacked and kept unemployed for most of 2020 because the bully was impersonating me on several job searches engines while the supervisor acted as a bad referee.
I am now employed elsewhere in another state due to employment being very hard in my previous state for unknown reasons.
The ONLY thing I did wrong was mention the customer’s name of my company to a Facebook group without any authorisation from management. The customer is a supply chain business, not an individual.
