My bird cant close her mouth all the way it seems,, i thought something was stuck in the back of her throat but it seems to be apart of her throat. Is it just swollen? (In the picture my other bird is reaching into her mouth and this weird saliva comes out)

You should take her to the vet as it could be a lot of different stuff like an abcess that keeps her from closing her mouth and that is draining, hence the weird saliva. But it could have a lot of diferent causes.
