a) and d) because they form H{+} or F{-} ions which will cause the equilibrium to shift toward the HF, caused by the common ion effect.

b) and c) are not answers because the amount of ions is not really significant in this case because H2O does not ionize significantly and CaF2 is practically insoluble.
