What haircut do I get for my uneven hair?

Had my head shaved all over besides the topped that I spiked up. Now it’s grown out but the front and tops are shorter than the back (when I straighten it, it looks very weird). I don’t wanna loose much length cause I need my hair up for work. What do I do?

If salons are open, get a professional to even out your hair. Tell them you don't want to take too much off the length. You need to be able to tie your hair up.
