Can anyone guide me to the correct pathway for an assessment on literacy and numeracy ?

I am wanting to correct and improve BOTH literacy and numeracy skills due to the fact I was educated on a sub-par level by a crappy school. I am sick and tired of looking like a moron, talking like a moron,  being DENIED from all workplace indoctrinations on the count of me missing out on my English indoctrination, and educational institutions DENYING  me what I missed out on.  

I want to change my life for the better.

Go take some English courses at a local community college.

They are considerably less expensive, and you would start getting some of your prerequisites out of the way if you decide to continue on and get a degree.

Also, get off the Internet, and start reading books.
