Is it professional to use hashtags inside a LinkedIn article? ?

I mean adding hashtags in the article body and not before or after it. 
Is it professional if my article has such a sentence in it? 
"It is important to step up as a #leader and lift your team members' spirits to become a #successful #business."

NO! Not with those words. What would be the point? If you are directing someone to a chain of messages with information, you could include the hashtag, but in your sentence, it just interrupts the flow of reading. And gives the impression that you're about 15 years old. Adults don't use hashtags.
