Yes......anyone that refuses to repent of their sin and ask Jesus to be their Lord and Savior will spend eternity in the torment of hell.

Nowhere does Jesus tell us to ask Him into our heart. He is the King of kings and Lord of lords. We surrender to Him and beg His forgiveness.
