Sometimes ill type up a word and then look at it. For some reason i feel like it doesnt exist but does. Any word like "ammunition" and i'll be like i remember this but for some reason i feel like it never existed.

Definitely. It's something that happens to people all the time when they're high. There's even a spoof about it on Friends where Jon Lovitz plays this chef who gets high on weed, starts eating Monica's food, and then fixates on the word "tartlets" because it doesn't even sound like a real word anymore to him.
