If it's a prank I think it's kind of mean. I don't find stuff like that funny at all.
Double check the number, look up where it came from.
To retaliate, get tested. If it's positive call them back with your results.

You do realize it's April Fool's Day, right? Got any really vindictive, manipulative "friends?" My instinct would be to check the number. If it's not from a county/city health dept, you're probably being pranked.
