What happened to my computer? Smoke 💨 puffed out of the back of a packard bell multimedia PC?

Question

I had a packard bell multimedia pc that froze up and then smelled funny and then puffed out black smoke and then just gave out.

I looked inside and noticed that the phone modem is burnt and the processor area is also burnt.

In addition the hard drive is also dead which means I lost the windows 98 as well.

Where do I find a windows 98 install disc a AMD Athlon 233mhz single core processor and a 56k modem. As well as a 6gb Fujitsu hard drive.

I also might need a Microsoft word 97 install disc?

Is there a simple way to fix this computer?
