I think Chauvin will be charged with manslaughter not second degree murder. If this happens, there will be a civil war across the USA. Medical reports will show that Floyd did not die from a knee to his neck. I would hate to be Chauvin regardless of the outcome. This situation should be a clear lesson to us all. In a split moment, a bad decision can destroy your life and cause chaos.

Yeah, there's no way that murder charge happens. They would have to show he woke up and wanted to kill someone that day. He said things right after that show he didn't really get that's what happened so intent is going to rough.
No intent in involuntary manslaughter. That is only a couple of years. It's going to be close to time served.
