TMI: I slept with my girlfriend and now I'm sick? ?

I went down on my girlfriend for the first time last night and she had discharge and tested very sour, it may be because of the multiple monster energy drinks she drinks daily, but when I woke up this morning, not only was the wind knocked out of my back and chest so bad that I still cant breathe, but my throat hurts SOOO bad. I dont know what's wrong. Could she have an STI? or is it possible to just pull a throat muscle during oral? I dont know. I also just got a cartilage piercing but I doubt this has anything to do with that.

First the only vag infection that might show up that fast with those symptoms is strep, maybe chlamydia can cause sore throat, but not that fast. Nothing would cause the other symptoms. GC Can also cause a sore throat but not that fast either. Could be totally unrelated.
