Play a game on [a? the?] mobile phone ?

I'm studying English.  Which sentence is correct?

A) The children like to play a game on mobile phone.

B) The children like to play a game on a mobile phone.

C) The children like to play a game on the mobile phone.

D) The children like to play a game on their mobile phone.

E) The children like to play a game on mobile phones.

F) The children like to play a game on the mobile phones.

G) The children like to play a game on their mobile phones.

If you want to talk about children and smartphone games in general, which sentence is most appropriate?

Thank you in advance.

None of them really, unless you truly are talking about a single, specific game. For general, non-specific references like these, we usually use the plural.
G is otherwise the closest to being correct, so the sentence you want would be:
"The children like to play games on their mobile phones."
