can i ask my bank to cancel a transaction for me if the company i bought from won’t answer any of my emails to cancel the order? ?

so i’ve emailed this company a few times already to cancel my order since i found out they are pretty much a scam. and i have no received any answers yet. if i ask bank of america to cancel the transaction would they do it? also if i mention they’re a scam would they be more likely to do it?

You can report the transaction as fraud. If you used a credit card or debit card, report the card as lost or stolen and get a new card. 
Or you can call the company ask the company for a refund.

It depends on your transaction type and the reason you need to cancel it.  Your most protection is paying via a credit card.  The bank will honor your request as long as you show the vendor has done something wrong including not delivering on time or delivering the wrong product.  Not allowing you to cancel may or may not fall under that category as you agreed to certain terms when you placed the order.
