Is this normal ?

I couldn’t schedule a dentist appointment for the the future yet because the dental hygienist said because of Coronavirus and said I’ll probably not come back until next year

I waited till I got my vaccine to schedule a dentist appointment.  So I'm a little over a year without seeing the dentist.  I hope I don't have too many cavities.
