How to fix error code 0xc0000017?

Hi, I have Windows 10 pro 64-bit installed on my desktop, I keep getting this error message everytime I restart or turn on my computer. I was doing an update for a PC game but it stopped updating so I restarted my computer and kept getting this error everytime I restart or turn it off and on.
