I have a dual SIM phone, and got 2 postpaid plans. Now, I'm also going to install broadband internet for internet use at home. What makes the difference when accessing the internet through mobile versus through broadband?

Generally your home broadband will get a better signal then cellular data. It is using your home wireless router just a few feet away from you rather than some cell tower across town. Also the speed will probably be faster, Broadband does not use up any of your minutes on the phone, so you do not have to pay for any of the time you use broadband. You do not have to worry about going over your data minutes or anything.
There will be no difference in how you access things. You will still use the same programs and stream things the same as you do now. Just your signal will be going over your local broadband connection instead of a cell tower connection.
Of course you probably know that you can only use the broadband when you are within range of your home wireless router (usually about 150 feet). Any time you are out of the house you will have to use you cellular connection instead.
