It doesn't seem very user friendly. I went back to an answer by CT and couldn't find it anymore.
You can direct questions at individuals. I am following everybody I know. It's a pity I have to find everybody first. Maybe it will become clear.
It's easy to answer. If I have pointed one at you, in theory it will show on a list of questions for you.

Pronk; I don't see you as having answered, but when I go to "more" and look at 'activity" and "edits" I can see that you did answer "Arnold", etc.
It's still a bit confusing, but workable, I think.
