Is Yahoo! all together going to shut down?

I know Yahoo! Answers is shutting down and Yahoo! Messenger even shut down a while back. I was wondering about Yahoo! E-mail? Yahoo! search engine? Yahoo! Sports? Yahoo! Shopping? Or anything Yahoo related is going to shut down all together with Google taking over? Or is Yahoo going to be safe?

No just Yahoo Answers at the moment everything else of Yahoo will still be in Service
