Can you be a Christian if you are constantly slapping 
 the Creator's face? Of course not. Not following the Creator's plan on gender is a slap in the face to him.

If they're Christian they arguably have to wear the clothes corresponding to their gender identity because the Bible says not to lie and not to wear men's clothes if you're a woman and vice versa. Therefore it would be a sin for a trans woman not to wear a dress, skirt etc even if the church believes she is a man. There just is no issue with trans people and Christianity, no matter how conservative.

Just find the right denomination. Plenty of trans pastors out there too. See notalllikethat.org.

And stop hanging around bigots. If the church you go to is anti trans stop supporting it!
