I'm guessing "File A Complaint" means have me join the class-action. Does it not?
I'm not going to sue on my own, so I don't see any downside as long as I'm not financially or legally liable. Is it possible for me to be legally or financially liable here?

You will have to ask them if you will be joining the class action suit. Are they even the lawyers for the plaintiffs filing the class action suit?

1 - Posting that BG&G has "bad reviews" is beyond foolish. It's a law firm that specializes in just that - lawsuits. It fights for people who not treated fairly by big business. It defends people/firms against false reviews and DEFAMATION. You just defamed the firm. The fact that are "guessing" about anything comes as no surprise to me. I'm "guessing" you don't think what you posted is defamatory. I'm "guessing" you felt that posting the firm's name would make a difference. You are wrong.

2 - I can't see what they sent you, so I'll GUESS that you received an invitation to participate in a class action lawsuit. I don't know how or why or the product or manufacturer. Only YOU (and the firm) know what makes sense and what does not. How would I know if you will be liable when I can't read the retainer agreement/contract? I'm GUESSING you might be.

3 - Sorry, but I can't get over you posting something defamatory about a law firm that specializes in defamation lawsuits when you are so VERY easy to find if the firm choses to subpoena records.

Lawyers don't work for free. My guess is that they'll file a law suit and then bill you for the time.
Don't just assume. Ask them how your paying.
