In general "warehouse worker" implies that you would be moving stock around a warehouse.
Many chain stores keep supplies in a central warehouse and then trucks take restock loads to the stores. Someone needs to load and unload these trucks. If you work at the store - you would be unloading trucks of incoming stock and restocking storeroom and store shelves. If you work at the actual warehouse, then you would be loading and unloading trucks with supplies going to the stores or supplies coming from the manufacturing plants.
Depending on your exact duties - driving a forklift is a likely part of the job. (unless you are just the person who stocks the shelves - this is often done with hand jacks or just roll-carts.)
