Other than reproductive organs, not very. Men tend to be a little larger and more muscular on average but that's simply a feature of having more testosterone and growth hormone. Our basic physiology is the same. There are some hormonal differences but those are mostly related to reproductive functions. There are some psychological differences but those are more like statistical tendencies rather than hard wired differences as our brains are more or less the same.
