Need help with phobia ; seeing a therapist but not working?

I get panic attacks when my parents go away for 2 or 3 nights and i sleep alone at home
The reason for it is past experiences .even though they are only 2 hours away I panic
I panic what if I collapse and nobody is home to save me
The reason I think that way is because I already had two scary things happen to me when alone for a few nights 
One a hip fracture
And the other a bad asthma attack
I ask friends to sleepover they put excuses

Find a therapist who is a master practitioner of NLP or Neurolinguistic Programming. That phobia can be fixed in one session using NLP.

If your therapist isn't helping find a different therapist.  Phobias can be "cured" in relatively short time.

I have to wonder if you purposely CREATED the medical emergencies that you describe just so your parents would be manipulated to stay with you.

Have you thought about getting a medical alert necklace to wear?  It would give you more independence.

Perhaps you have what is known as a Dependent Personality Disorder.  You can look it up or Google it.  And so, your need to keep going to this therapist is IMPORTANT because he or she will have to teach you the ordinary life skills we learn in adolescence:  Self-reliance, independence and responsibility for ourselves.  And you will have to WORK HARD to learn these important life skills and give up your panic attacks when on your own.

Your parents should continue to go away.  If you work hard with your therapist, you can change this and become a normal functioning adult.

Panic disorder has a nasty habit of creating phobias. Somebody might have a panic attack while taking a shower and because the guy associates the shower stall with panic, the thing scares him. There's a number of things that help with panic disorder.

One of the best treatments is time, You know the old saying "Familiarity breeds contempt." After a while, the attacks are seen as a nuisance instead of a threat.
