I ended up weighing 139 and I am 5’0” short. I have low calcium. I am having more blood drawn on Monday and on the 23rd I am seeing a ear, nose and throat doctor. Why am I seeing that doctor for low calcium and what will they do to check it.

Calcium metabolism is controlled by the parathyroid gland located in the throat. Normally an endocrinologists is called in.
Any injury to your neck?

It's not uncommon. Eat more calcium rich foods or take supplements. Taking a daily Tums will help. Just don't take too much at once.
