How would someone duplicate your ATM card and PIN and use it at the same time you were using it?
I used my hubby's debit card last night at the grocery store and at the exact same time across town, someone withdrew $700 from an ATM in a 7-11 using his PIN, how is that possible?
Will they prosecute whomever did this? I already called the bank and the 7-11 manager to request the surveillance tape . . do I need to contact police or will the bank do it?

The only way would be to duplicate the card, either from the card itself or from bank records. Someone working in a store may have a card reader/duplicator and run it thru their own machine when they charge a purchase. Most people use a simple PIN that can be guessed, or write it down, often on the card!
Another trick is to call in a lost card report, then steal the card out of the mailbox when it arrives.

Some type of fraudulent activity is afoot. Call your bank immediately on their 24 hour number to report it and cancel the card! You may need to also call the Police ~ that 7-11 store should have that person on camera! Ask your bank about that.
