How do you make Buffalo Chicken Wings?

I am looking for a simple yet delicious recipe for Buffalo Chicken Wings. You can't beat the taste of them as they make them in NY (Buffalo and Ithaca)and Boston. The catch... I live in Africa now and I have limited ingredients. Again, simple is key -- but how do I keep it simple without sacrificing that great NY/Boston taste????!!!

The key is to deep fry them (As done in Buffalo NY). Other places will bake them, etc....you need that deep-fried fatty taste :)

Where are you in Africa, and what can you get? Most likely, they should have pepper sauce of some kind, chicken, spices but perhaps you will have to do without the bleu-cheese sauce, but there's a chance it is available. That's really all you need for Buffalo Wings. Remember the original creator made them with the few items he had available for a customer. Who knows, if you're innovative enough, you might be able to create a cool new type of Buffalo(Africa?) Wings and make a ton of money. Git R Done!

    24 chicken wings

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

4 cups vegetable oil for frying

    1/4 cup butter or margarine

    1/4 cup hot pepper sauce

    1 teaspoon white wing vinegar

    Celery Stics

1 bottle (8ounces) blue cheese dressing

    Method:

    1. Cut tips off wings at first joint; discard tips. Cut remaining wings into two parts at the joint; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    2. Heat oil in deepfryer or heavy saucepan to 375ºF. Add half the wings; fry about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.

    Repeat with remaining wings.
