Does anyone know what a poker scanner is?
I was playing hold em on a site recently and some of the players accused me of being/or using a scanner. I have no idea what this is!

They claim that if they see the "tracers' coming from where you are sitting that you are using a scanner. From what I am told, a scanner is something that a person uses to see the others cards. I too play online poker, and have seen the tracers, but have no idea if it is really scanning or not. But because it may be a valid threat, I will never play for real money online. Hope this helps.
