Where can I find a copy of this article?

If you can, go to your school (college?) or public library and ask them to access the various educational databases to which they may subscribe. This would probably be in an arts/humanities database. They (the databases) are rapidly replacing print copies of journals, and are probably the best place to find what you're looking for without physically searching every library in the country for a journal from 1989. It's pretty much a given that you won't find the entire article online--although, depending on your arrangement with your library, you might be able to access it THROUGH your library on your home computer. (Ask them how to do it.) Good luck.
