Trying to determine if I am Pregnant?

I have been feeling really bloated my period is late and me and my husband have been using the pull-out method and I am going to the restroom more, and felling nausea. Has anyone had these symptoms before. I have been feeling like this for about a week adn I took A pregnancy test, but it was negative and I took it 3 days after noticing my period was late. I stopped taking birth control about 2 months ago and last month I had a regular period the same as it has always been now I am late and I am tired and I normally don't eat, but once a day and now I find myself eating more and I all of a sudden got a bad case of several migraine over the past couple fo weeks.

You do describe some pregnancy symptoms, but this does not necessarily mean that you are pregnant. If you are overly concerned about it, the stress alone can cause the difficulties you are experiencing. You did say that your first pregnancy test was negative.. wait a week and take another. If that, too, is negative, it is quite likely true. If you still have concerns, however, see your doctor. That will put an end to the wondering once and for all. Remember, too, that the 'method' you and your husband are using is nowhere NEAR being a good manner of birth control. and you CAN have those symptoms very very early in your pregnancy.. I did with two of my three children. Those symptoms were how I knew I was pregnant with my first. Taking advice from everyone here is fine.. but you definitely want to see your doctor no matter what. Good luck.

My vote is that you are pregnant. Pregnancy tests sometimes don't pick up on the early, small amounts of the hormone that indicates pregnancy. Take another test. It should be positive by now. Also, going off birth control can sometimes make your cycle get out of whack and can make you have migraines, so it just might be that. For me, my breasts hurt when I was pregnant. BTW, the pull-out method is terribly ineffective. If you aren't pregnant and don't want to be, consider using another form of birth control! Don't be surprised next month : )

You don't actually believe people on a message board can tell you if you're pregnant do you?

A lot of women report "side effects" when they go off the pill so it could just be fluctuating hormones while your body gets used to being off the pill but pulling out before ejaculation isn't an effective form of birth control, semen is often released in small amounts before orgasm so of course

    pregnancy is a possibility.

You *might* have taken the last test too soon for it to be accurate if you are pregnant, you could drive yourself nuts wondering until you get your period...or get to a doctor for a test.

first off, i want to say the pull-out, is NOT a method of birth control. It never works. nausea is one of the first symptoms to come up. Though you dont really get food cravings until a little further into the pregnancy for the most part. I would say its a definate possiblity, because of your not so effective birth control method. Its hard to tell with just symptoms though. Most pregnancy symptoms are alot like pre menstral symptoms. Just spring for another test to find out. Good luck!

The best and most accurate way to determine if you are pregnant, is a blood pregenacy test.

Call your doctor today and make an appointment as soon as possible. If he knows you well, he may order the test without a visit.

P.S. The "pull out method" is the least effective birth control method there is.

It sounds like you are pregnant, but pregnancy tests take a couple of weeks after conception to give a positive reading if you are pregnant. When I became pregnant, I knew I was, but the test did not tell me I was until I took the last one that told me positive about 2 or 3 weeks after conception.

I had the same signs as you that you mentioned. Only difference is that I waited a few weeks until I took my test since I was in a little bit of denial about me being pregnant. You should take another pregnancy test that is a different brand since it may be more effective with different results. That does happen sometimes.

I myself didn't feel this way when I found out, but if I were you I would wait another couple of days and do another test and if that doesn't work I would go see the Dr to find out for sure and if it was negative, maybe he could help you find out why you are having these symptoms. Good Luck!

morning sickness headache etc dont normally occur so soon in pregancy, get a test that is appropriate to how late you are , some are for 5 days , some are for 2 or 3 weeks late, and be sure to do it right, usually you have to use the first urine of the morning, so hormone levels are concentrated after the nights rest

The Pull out method doesn't work. As I was taught in sex ed there is a liquid that comes out that the man can not feel this liquid contains trace amounts of seamen. One of my best friends got pregnant from the pull out method take a test to be sure but your probably pregnant.
