how to start a call centre business in india ? give me a basic h/w requirements, budget, etc.?

    Depends what kind of call centre u r lookin for but the basic things r T1 lines for voip, computers to capture data, if its an outbound centre then u need dialers, voip equipments which r being manufactured by cisco, nortel, avaya etc. Cisco is best if u r lookin at inbound centre as Cisco's technology suits to inbound tecnology anf if u r lookin at outbound then u should go for Nortel.
