I don't believe in the death penalty. If i can find an excuse and it is legit does it mean i can kill that person. NO!!!! So why would it be ok for the legal system to kill someone! I sometimes wonder about the peopel that didn't have DNA to clear their name and they died at the hands of the government and they found the killer later and it wasn't them.

Racist? i am not sure if it is a racist issue i think its a moral one though.

If you are poor or black you are going to die. If you are black and poor you are going to die sooner. I think that is wrong because the justice system is so unfair. The DA has all the money in the world and can convict damn near anybody that he wants to right or wrong. So, no, I cannot agree with you on the death penalty.

It's not the law that's racist, it's the people who implement the law....so, I would say, yes, in some context there is racism....human nature being what it is, it can't always be avoided.

The law works in theory but like all theories, when put into practical use, it goes straight to hell.

If I had a say even litter bugs would get the death penalty, no matter what race.

It is all about the only colour that really matters: the colout of money. If you can afford a good lawyer, no matter what've have done, you won't be executed.

wtf the death penalty is racist, a mexican or african american gets the death penalty for killing the cashier at a liquor store, a white man is found insane for killing his next door neighbor
