Don't diet while you are nursing. Restricing your caloric intake can drastically reduce the nutrional quality of your milk and hurt your baby. Do east a healthy diet and a healthy amount of calories. Don't diet.

Baby fat can take up to a year to lose but within the next few months start an exercise program gradually and work on toning your body. Stepper, situps, etc. Then just when your getting into it your baby will be walking and you'll be running and have all of the exercise you'll ever need.

Some people lose it easier than others. I had 2 c-sections and breast fed both babies and the weight didn't come off by that alone. It came off later. Don't worry so much, just enjoy your baby. It will come off.
