"Introducing the new Yahoo! ANSWERS. It's where people ask & answer questions - for free!" http://www.yahoo.com/
Right now, the four rollovers give example questions of,
- How do you know you are in love?

- What is deja vu?
What would you like to see there? Want to pick a random four that's currently on the site? >;-)

I would like to see the following questions posted, so the newcomers know that this can be a fun place as well.
Would Porky Pig make good BBQ?
Is Bob Boozer Drive the best name for a street?
If I walk under a ladder while a black cat crosses my path does that short circuit the effect?
If at first you don’t succeed, should you blame it on a subordinate?
I know that I am self promoting here (and most likely in violation of the Yahoo! Community guidelines) but I think people should know there are some funny questions as well as serious ones.

How do you know you are in love? I guess that must be what they want this to be all about. How many times has that question been answered a lot of the time when i find this question down in the unresolved questions all the answers are so terrible i can't pick one. Every once in a while i come across a good answer to that question i will admit but i for one am tired of it.
I like questions that are thought provoking and not the same old same.
Examples okay well i can't find any good examples right now.
I like my recently posted question about the best way to soften you baseball glove? Although the responses aren't that great so far.
I suppose this doesn't really answer your question but if i got paid to do this i think i could have found better choices to put out for everyone to see.

Here's 4 questions that I'd like to be answered by people asking q's/answerers'
(1) Why do you have to be racists, or speak ill person you perceive as responsible for the problems you have in your own country/region/religion/sex.. a case in point .... due to immigration from Mexico?
(2) Why abuse any religion, caste, nation, community, etc?
(3) Why try and convince other people that your community, religion, nation or anything else?
(4) Why do many of the people speak so much bout sex? There are many kids who are also taking part in answers.
This forum methinks is meant to help people find subjective information and not to be used as sounding off board!

You've got a lot of good questions, here. A few hours before closing your question, I am giving you my input.
The questions have been asked in the past.
- Do you agree with the current status of point-system?
- Comments area: how can it be modified?
Additional details: when we vote on resolved question we should be able to give a verbal response, so we can explain and eventually correct the errors. These errors, especially in the health area can be potentially harmful. What is your opinion on the number of comments posted and on the length of the comment?

I would like the homepage to be FAQ free!

I think questions that generate discussions such as the ones in Religion & Spirituality and Yahoo! Answers would attract more customers. I don't think many people want to know "why do dogs eat grass?". That doesn't seem like something you need to know in life.

If we're looking to promote the growth of Y!A, I suggest you choose provocative questions that are actually answered correctly. It best illustrates the service Y!A provides to the human race. Stay away from the questions that begin with "OK, so like, I like this guy and stuff..."

If possible, they should try to make it the 4 most recent questions that are posted. Or, if people can pick their favorite topic, then they can have the four most recent questions from that topic.

Okay, here are some random and pretty harmless questions:
- Why do some people talk in their sleep?
- How do libraries decide which books to get?
- Will phonebooks ever be delivered in CD-ROM format?
- Is it possible to sneeze and burp at the same time?
And the ever popular, "Why was my question removed?" :D
