Should there be a statue of limitations on "Violatable" Answers or Questions?

By this I mean after a certain amount of time, if your question or answers has not been violated its in the clear.

This way when people get mad at each other they can't go down the line looking for anything to violate people.

**Reason I ask** is cause I had a question removed from 5 months ago and over 100 questions ago. Must not like me to much huh?

I am with you on that, what a great suggestion.

I hope YA! staff will take into consideration because people think that everything is fine then get a violation for something that happen a long time that's just not right and eventually get suspended.

Most definitely-there should be...I feel you my man...this question is one of the best I've answered in a long time.I knew that people would be hating and do exactly as you mentioned(violate people-report)after reading some of my old answers & questions. My very first account had been suspended because of it...now what I do is use another account for when I want to ask silly questions or make silly replies to lame questions & what not...so far "kasanetnova" has been a goodboy...my other avatar has not!

A SOL makes sense to me... but I have to ask... was the "offensive" question a legitimate violation? Perhaps the rules are still too vague. What was the precise letter of the law back when you posed your question? I apologize for answering your ? with more ?'s, but what happens to you when have a Q? removed? Is your access curtailed or temporarily suspended? Do they court martial you, maybe bust you down to a level 5?

I got a question removed which was 1 month old, and I compltelty forgot about it until suddenly I got the violation message, and yes I agree with you ! questions that are more than 1 month old must be shielded.

  • I don't think there should be ANY violatable questions.
