Could BMW and Mercedes have done any worse in JD Power rankings this year?
Boy, with as much as they charge for a vehicle to finish near the bottom has to be embarrassing to all the smug BMW snobs! LOL

well, it's because it's not reliable, and too computerized (especially the iDrive, it took me 15 minutes to change the radio presets, in my friend's car), and more stuff. Toyota and Honda performed really well in the JD Power

Those low ratings come from the fact BMW and Mercedes are very computerized (idrive and command) system. the computerized systems are often linked to glitches, hurting their long term reliability which leads to low ratings on the JD Power. They have a bias aganist leading German car makers anyway!

I can speak for BMW. The low ratings come from the idrive system. That system is very well designed, once you learn to use it. It takes some time to fully understand, but once you have it down, you won't want anything else.

Mercedes-Benz , HELL NO , But For BMW , I Don't Know , Coz The Quality Of The BMW Cars Is Alot Lesser Than The Mercedes-Benz , MERCEDES-BENZ Is The Best !

I would take the rankings with a big grain of salt! I brought my wife a 2005 x3 and no problems. It's be one year.
