What should the brainiacs do for the live camera feed?

Click on "Live Feed" http://advision.webevents.yahoo.com/asktheplanet/b...

Okay, Purple Brain crew. I'd like to see some creativity when that camera pans your way. Show the world that we Askers/Answerers don't really stare at our keyboards all day long (even though some of us do)

:-)

Update:

Jane .. thanks .. the lime green brainiac computers scrambled my thoughts a bit.

:-)

Is someone actually using a BOOK to look something up .. OMG .. how 1970's!!

    Virtual Mud-Wrestling ?

    360 Paint-Ball ?

    Yahoo News Twister ?

Oh ... Oh .... Oh .... half of them could answer the questions about getting their old Yahoo Home page back and the other half could answer the questions about how much they love the new Yahoo Home page !

That would keep me glued to my monitor for days !

On the promotional side, I think some Yahoo Cheer-leading stunts would do, ending with two Brainiacs leaning away from one another on top of a third to form the Yahoo "Y".

Doing headstands on their seats would be great.

How about doing a "wave" as the live camera scans past?

They could do some great robot or zombie moves.

For the flatulence fanatics, how about lighting one for world wide distribution? Nah, scratch that. Too commercial, and the price of gas is too high already.

I think they should do live location shots. Using satellite technology we could watch the "Answerers" in their natural habitats ie. their Mothers basements.

We could follow them as they shop for pocket protectors, visit the dermatologist or shoot the breeze with their buddies from the "model rocket club".

I think some interviews with the "Askers" would be cool too. I would love to learn more about mail order brides from Richard and would be intrigued to find out who designed Kevins head gear. Knowing how Janes Furrows got her 1-900 number off the ground is probably something everyone in the Yahoo Answers Community would also like to know, me included now that I have paid off my phone bill.

Oh, this is really great. Answering straight for 72 hours. It will be a wonderful international level contest. The teams comprise of all the specialists in their respective fields. There is no need to read any extra books for them. They are very well experienced and aware of the current needs of the people thru their experience of answering questions. They should compete there with the same spirits as they have been participating in yahoo answers. I hope they will prove to be the best there also as they have proved as yahoo answerholics. Here in this contest they need spontaneity in answering questions so they certainly need to sharpen their skills to answer spontaneously.

How about talking about what it feels like to be there? How about talking about their reasons for being on Y!Answers? Where they're from and what they do? Shouldn't they be representative of the "typical" Y!Answerer? They should be speaking for all of us here - so let them now SPEAK!!!

A little human interest bit would be very good. Otherwise, the live feed is a big waste of time and money and about as interesting as watching paint dry!!

The "brainiacs" at Times Square may wave placards with “Y!A and YAA” inscriptions on them and tell the world (planet) that we are the new trendsetters who might be able to solve the ‘energy-crisis’ world is facing now! Best of Luck!

Okay guys, we're putting together a fake boxing contest now. Stay tuned. It should be in a few minutes or right now.

I don't know about the whole talking thing, we'd have to round up some mics. Let's see what I can do. No promises on that one.

How about answering questions while standing on their heads? I do that all the time! I also loved the seed-spitting contest idea.

Or how about a demonstration of NBA abuse? No, wait, we don't want to give those ideas out.

In truth, I'd love them to dress up as ninja hamsters and sing "We all stand together". That would be cute and absolutely deranged :-D

I think they should preform vodoo on a Yamster doll or even Google Answers if they're really desperate.

They could have a water balloon fight whenever the site is down.

It would also be nice if they all did a victory dance everytime one of them got a best answer.

Speaking would be nice. Read some of the questions they are asked and then answer them on tv. They are there to answer questions not for us to look at. Who wants to watch people just sitting there at their computers? That is kinda like watching paint dry lol

You mean stare at our monitors - not our keyboards, right?

There's also food. I'd like to see them engage in a watermelon seed-spitting contest. Or impersonate each other or other users on Yahoo! Answers. Either that, or a fake boxing contest.
