Help Windows Error!?

Whenever i play fullscreen games like Wulfram II and Diablo II my computer gives me a blue screen then an arror message; error: 0e : 0028 : ff0a8aa4, also this one; 0197 : bff9b3d4. Happens every 5-20min i am in such a game. Does anyone know what is this causeing, or how do i fix it? Because of it i cant play games anymore.

P.s what does that error mean?

Update:

im running a rage iic agp graphics card, 4gb hdd, 360mhz, intel celeron, 160mb ram....the wulfram II game was made 10-11 years ago it was made just for computer like mine or even older, ive been playing it for 4 years and this just started about 1-2 months ago.

Update 2:

i also havent changed anything on my computer for about 2.5 years....i did get a new computer screen and installed a new modem (56k)

Update 3:

anyone else have an idea?

Update 4:

all my drivers and what not are updated also, im thinking that it could be this new (old) dell monitor, this started happening soon after i plugged it up, but i wouldnt know how to fix that either

You need a video card and more memory. Your computer can't handle the graphics necessary for playing the game. And/Or, your processor may be getting too hot, get a cooling fan/ a better cooling fan for your CPU!

More memory and upgrade graphics - seems like the only way, unless you try submerging PC in a bathtub of water for 15-20 mins.

Most game crashes, ussally mean that something is wrong with the grapics card and/BIO's. Go to your computer manufactures web site and put in what computer you have and get the updates for your BIOS and grapics card.

it is because of your video card. maybe you should try run the game at a lower resolution.
