This question is sad. Our president does the hard thing and this is the respect we give him? Would everyone be happy if George just wimped out and listened to the polls and did what popular opinion dictates? In the long run, we will be grateful for a president who had some guts! In the short term, it isn't going to be "pretty" or "fun" but I refuse to make fun of our president...now...or anytime.
