What keeps deleting my adsl webpower modem program?

I keep reinstalling ADSL WebPower Modem Program for my internet connection and after about 10 or 15 minutes it up and disappears from My Network Connections folder and I have to start all over again. It seems like something is deleting it. I have Symantec AntiVirus and Windows Defender on my computer, but that is about all that I can think of.

its probably a bunny virus, call norton they're the best protection program out there
