The South Beach Diet?

when your on the south beach diet do u have to excersie while on it to lose the weight?

    you should do exercise on any diet. You will lose more weight and tighten and tone the skin. If you are not thrilled by the thought, start with walking, it is the best! This site has some great info

    Most diet plans recommend exercise to help lose weight and for general health and fitness. Nothing I've read about the South Beach Diet says anything about exercise, but it makes sense that moderate exercise, such as walking or using a stationary bike helps by burning more calories.
