Who is the last player to win a Gold Glove, MVP and Batting Title in the same season?

It's not so hard or that long ago, but I want to know the player, position, team, year and his stats. Don't just put in a name. The first one to answer by these guidelines gets the 10 points.

    Won the Gold Glove, MVP and led the league in hitting

    His stats were .331 Avg, 29 HR's and 114 RBI's

    Carl Yastrzemski, BOS, 1967 was the last triple crown winner, not too sure about the gold glvoe though
