The website listed above is only updated through 2002, although I am sure that the Cardinals are still the top team as of 2005.

I really have no idea ... but I bet the Cardinals rank first .... at least I think with the Gold Gloves players like Ozzie Smith and Jim Edmonds have given them ... they should rank pretty high
