Upload your music to a free hosting site...geocities..youtube...file lodge..etc. wait 24hrs. (the hosting sites need to catalog the music for you) and then copy the mp3 code into your blast or use html code to place it in the body of your blog.
I've done a few tutorials in my blog to assist with picture, gif and music insertion.
Hope this helps
Oh! The music will NEVER play automatically, folks will have to click to listen. If they click the small widgett in the blast the music will shut down as soon as they move to another of your blogs..have them click the link instead, both options show in the blast.

At this point the only way you can actually post music is via your blast, which will require a direct link to a mp3 file. Most people use Singingfish.com or other audio websites to link to mp3 songs.
You can make your launchcast station public on your blog, as well, but I don't think you can upload specific songs through it, at least not yet.
