turbo prob.?

1999 dodge cummins 70psi at WOT/wide open throttle is that good????

Update:

there is no waste gate the blockhas bee O-ringed studded and all the good parts $$ can buy ( as for boost psi it has been as high as 125psi I have the boost elbo adjusted to 70psi to drive it on the street

I didn`t say power to the ground and engine size B-4 the enging has a stroker crank rods and pistons to make 488cid and as far as power its 643@ 3100 rpm. and 1585lb@ 2050 the engine is ballanced W/ roller cam and all

    I'm not sure but it sounds extremely high. Could the waste gate be faulty?
