Is the Dell 1907FP the best monitor to buy? Is the 20inch better? Are there any other better options?

I want an LCD monitor for my computer and have read great things about the Dell UltraSharp 1907FP, as well as Dell's 20-inch version. I was wondering if the 20 inch is much better than the 19, or if there is a better-looking 19 inch LCD monitor. I want a top-notch 19 inch (or maybe 20) monitor in terms of image quality. I don't play a lot of video games, but do watch videos. Thanks for any advice. I've already read CNET and PC Mag reviews.
